Reimbursement and cancellation

Chez KONFORTIFY, nous nous engageons à offering des services de formation en English de haute qualité. Cependant, nous comprenons que des circonstances imprevues peuvent survenir. This politique de remboursement et d'annulation décrit les conditions applicables en cas de demande d'annulation ou de remboursement.


1. Generalities 

The present policy is applied to all formations proposed by KONFORTIFY, a brand from DUNIA LTD, and descriptor of the procedures in suivre en cas d'annulation or demande de remboursement.


2. Cancellation by the customer

The request for cancellation should be in the written form at contact@konfortify.co.uk.

3. Cancellation by KONFORTIFY

A report of the sessions is proposed in priority.
If a report is not possible or not accepted by the client, an integral remboursement will have an effect in a period of 30 days.

4. Procedure de remboursement

To demand a refund, the client does:

Send a request to contact@konfortify.co.uk with additional information:
Complete name.
Address email used for the inscription.
Preuve de payment (par exemple, copy de la facture ou du reçu).
Reason for cancellation (si applicable).
Attendre la confirmation de réception de la demande, qui sera envoyée sous 48 hours ouvrables.
Recevoir the remboursement in a delivery maximum of 30 days, if the demand is conform to the conditions specified in this policy.

5. Exceptions to remboursement

Also the remboursement is consistent with the cases:

Non-respect des horaires convenus sans notification préalable.
Absence aux sessions without justification valid.
Terminaison prematurée de la formation par le client without raison exceptionnelle.

6. Modification of the session

The clients can request a modification of the hours or the dates of the sessions and contact contact@konfortify.co.uk au moins 48 hours before the session prepares. Also modification is not accepted and the details are given.
